The Lac Blanc
The White Lake is a high altitude lake (1055 meters) surrounded by fir trees with a surface of 29 hectares and a depth of 72 meters.
It takes its name from the color of the crystalline sand that covers the bottom of the lake. Dominated by the Hans Rock, which offers a superb view in summer, it is connected to the Black Lake which is 100 meters downstream.
A little higher up there is a winter sports station where you can go downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and even sledging. During the summer season, you can go mountain biking or hiking with many trails marked out by the Club Vosgien.
